Analysis of Shear Constitutive Models of the Slip Zone Soil Based on Various Statistical Damage Distributions

The shear constitutive model of the slip zone soil can be used to quantitatively describe relationship between stress and displacement, which is great significance for analysis deformation mechanism stability evaluation landslides. conventional models were usually proposed based on statistical damage theory with Weibull distribution function, widely in field rock material. However, there are differences structure mechanical properties rock; therefore, suitability functions needs further investigated. In this study, eight introduced evolution process applied two groups stress–shear displacement curves (named curves) different softening characteristics, i.e., strong type weak type. results show that: (1) applicability various types obviously different; (2) commonly only suitable curves; (3) Gamma, Exponential, Logistic distributions best three curve; Weibull, Exponential (4) Gamma function optimal both curves, parameters have clear physical meaning model. general, more objectively reflect whole than other functions.
